Since 2011, Maine And New Hampshire Weddings has been a premier online destination for everything wedding and party. We’re thrilled that you’re interested in being a part of our outstanding community of talented people whose ideas, products, and contributions to our site make Maine And New Hampshire Weddings the beautiful, thoughtful resources that they are. We are a small team and work very hard to respond to our submissions but do receive a large volume of submissions each week. As a result, we may not be able to reply to them all. We’ll get back to you within 3 weeks if your submission is a fit, and will request more info for the feature. Questions on what we look for in a feature? Read about it here.
To submit, please send us:
- Your name
- A descriptive title for your submission
- A note on what makes your submission unique
- A link to a highlight gallery (we love Pixieset, Pic Time or Dropbox).
For weddings, elopements and parties (including birthdays and kids parties), we’ll need 75-150 of the very best photos of detail shots, portraits, ceremony, reception, fashion, etc.
All photos must be 2000 pixels wide. - By submitting, you agree that if accepted and published by Maine And New Hampshire Weddings, that Maine And New Hampshire Weddings will retain the exclusive right to feature this submission for 60 days from the date of it first being published by Maine And New Hampshire Weddings. You grant Maine And New Hampshire Weddings the rights to publish this work without violating, infringing or misappropriating the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person.

First, be sure to get familiar with our site to make sure our style is a great fit for yours! When submitting, please send us a link in our submissions form above, to a highlight gallery (we love Pixieset, Pic Time or Dropbox), with 75-150 images of the very best wedding and party décor, fashion, details, and environmental shots of the event or editorial. Please tell us what makes your event unique. We’ll ask for more details when we need them!

OUR MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE WEDDINGS READERS…
Our readers are a mix of couples planning their weddings and celebrations, as well as wedding professionals, parents planning kid parties, and entertaining afficionados. They love content that is trend-setting, modern, full of over-the-top creative details, a really stylish couple, or any combination of the above. They also love beautiful real weddings, amazing locations, and inspired ways to celebrate the rest of their wedding journey (such as a super on-trend bridal shower or bachelorette, and honeymoon destinations). We also welcome submissions of related DIY projects, home décor, and other entertaining content—as long as it’s modern, detail-rich, and unique, of course.
WE LOVE SEASONAL CONTENT…
Please share your fall, winter, spring, and summer content during or in anticipation of the coming season. That doesn’t mean we don’t share fall in the spring (especially if it helps a couple planning), but we do like to share holiday content during the holidays—not in the new year.
A NOTE ABOUT STYLED SHOOTS…
Our readers tend to find more tangible inspiration in real weddings and parties. Therefore, we only show styled shoots that offer something over-the-top unique and surprising to inspire them with a new idea they’ve never seen before. A styled shoot is an opportunity to showcase your most creative ideas, so go all in! We also love to offer tips, a DIY, or other “how-to” advice to support the imagery.
OUR EDITORIAL CALENDAR…
Our calendar is roughly 1-2 months out. We are a small team and work very hard to respond to our submissions but do receive a large volume of submissions each week. As a result, we may not be able to reply to them all. We’ll get back to you within 3 weeks if your submission is a fit.
As a rule, we prefer to show things that haven’t been published elsewhere, but we’re always open to exceptions for the right submission. If you think your work is a good fit, please send it over!
